Refunds for purchased software
Where a licence code
has been provided
No refunds are available for downloadable
software products after purchase and a licence code has been supplied
to the customer except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion
of IMC.
VAT /Moms /Sales tax
In the EU private persons pay Swedish
VAT, whilst companies in the EU qualify for zero VAT rating providing
a valid VAT number is given prior to purchase.

Companies in the EU qualify for zero
VAT providing a valid VAT registration number is issued to us at the
time of purchase.
Swedish VAT is applied to purchases by private persons in the EU.

persons outside the EU
Customers outside the EU will not
have a sales tax levied by IMC, but customers are themselves responsible
for any local import duties and taxes that may be applicable.
